This month 12 members of the Timesco team (who aptly named themselves ‘Team Timesco’!) took on the London Winter Run to raise money for charity! 

It made us so proud to see how many of our staff got involved in the London Winter Run on Sunday 13th February, and prouder yet of the money the whole company has raised for Cancer Research UK. A charity which is very close to our hearts here at Timesco.

After a difficult couple of years working during the pandemic and ensuring urgent medical devices were continuously delivered to healthcare settings, it was a great opportunity for the team to come together. We are extremely grateful for our dedicated Timesco employees…and super proud that they found the time to train and take part in this charity event! Well done ‘Team Timesco’!

On the day, the 10k route went through the heart of the capital, where the team passed world famous landmarks, and instantly recognisable scenes. During the run they also passed a number of larger-than-life winter characters, and listened to live music performances!

Michael Enwright, the Production Supervisor took part and said…

“It was such a fantastic day for such a great cause. I loved every minute. Well done and thanks to everyone who donated as well.”

Based on the conversations in the office, it’s safe to say it was an enjoyable day for everyone involved…and there is already talk about booking another charity event soon…Who’s joining us?
